Dr. Keller has years of experience in general and cosmetic restorative dentistry including crown and porcelain bridges, fillings and root canals, dental surgical extractions, implant placement and restoration, sinus elevation, and grafting. In addition he specializes in orofacial pain, TMJ and dental sleep medicine.

After performing an extensive evaluation, our office will provide you with a summary of billable work, which will then be submitted to your insurance company for authorization.

Both direct and compensable consequences are covered, as well as any aggravation of pre-existing conditions. These items will be discussed with you during your initial consultation

2) Immediate/Urgent treatments provided.
3) A request for authorization will be submitted.
